Having suffered the unfortunate mishap of having my car damaged, I was pleasantly surprised at the efficient manner in which my claim has been handled. Natasha was fantastic from day one, having walked me through the process. The car was assessed the day after my initial report. Approval for the repairs was granted on day 3. <br> <br> Discovery should be proud, as Natasha has done nothing but elevate the organisation's service levels and my view of Discovery.
