Fantastic Professional Service

We had an emergency with guests from France yesterday. They came to drop of luggage, locked the front door & when we wanted to place a mat in the unit the door would not open, the lock was completely broken. I went on the Discovery app on my phone, pushed emergency and a wonderful gentleman, Peter Mokoena (Thabo) phoned me back. He saved the day with getting a locksmith who was willing to drive from Bluff to Scottburgh to assist us. He was calm, listened to me, phoned me back as promised with an update as to whether he found a locksmith & how long they will take. He also called back as promised to find out whether the locksmith had been to our property & whether the problem was fixed - FANTASTIC SERVICE 10/5
