Fantastic problem solving and Outstanding customer relations Theo M.

My claim initially was not handled well,with the adjustments of the lockdown,the COVID restrictions,Panelbeaters being closed. I found it diifficult to get through to any one at Discovery insure. Getting quite desperate and disillutioned and very annoyed , An Angel appeared in the form of Theo Mokhaine ! Theo has been true to his word ,returns calls and gets things done.I am very grateful to him,for being so calm,highly efficient and very punctual,reliable and dependable. Thank you!
