Fantastic & efficient service from the Claims Department

I would like to thank Anika Ramdin for the wonderful & efficient service in handling my recent building claim. It was handled expediently, with Anika providing feedback regularly as well as confirming receipt of required documentation as I sent it in. The claim has been processed and finalised in less than 12 hours after sending in the final requirement.

The claims process has been very easy, in that no long or complicated claim forms need to be completed. Everything was done telephonically or via e-mail.
