Fantastic customer service-a rare find these days

Mbongeni had a great attitude, was funny yet professional and I felt like is was in very good hands speaking with him. I can't say that updating my insurance policy is usually a pleasant experience, but if Mbongeni always handled my calls, perhaps I'd think differently :-) Commendable.
