FANTASTIC CLAIMS EXPERIENCE
Had a burst geyser with damage to carpet. The entire claiming experience was FANTASTIC ! Call centre agents were so efficient and even though there was a small complication due to a warranty issue, this was sorted in a few minutes to my complete satisfaction ! Marcus Louw, the Building Specialist in particular was incredible. Discovery Insure is very highly recommended !
