Fantastic and Friendly Service from Discovery Insure

<p>I would like to thank Discovery Insure and Alexa-Rae, my claims consultant for fantastic service in dealing with my recent motor vehicle claim.</p> <p>My wife recently had an accident in my vehicle damaging the front passenger side of my vehicle. December is a challenging month to have an incident with a motor vehicle as most of the repair centers will close for the festive season. Discovery Insure arranged the rapid assessment of my vehicle. The assessor requested that the vehicle was towed to the repairer so they could strip the front of the vehicle to assess if there was internal damage in the engine compartment (thank you for being thorough Discovery) before making the final damage assessment.</p> <p>Alexa-Rae kept me informed via email throughout the claim and assessment process and did her best to have the claim approved as soon as possible so that the repairer could order parts before the annual shutdown ensuring that the vehicle would be repaired with minimum delays. Alexa-Rae was very friendly and attentive when dealing with me via telephone and made dealing with this incident a smooth and stress-free process.
