Fantastic, Amazing Service

I just want to thank Discovery, Tracker and Proline with the claim of my car. Was in a car accident on the 1st of July. Tracker called me a couple of minutes after the crash to check if everything was okay. I told them what happened. A couple of minutes later Discovery called me to find out what happened and if I was okay and if I needed any assistance. They arranged for the Tow truck to take my car to Discovery site. During the morning Discovery arranged a car with Avis. Discovery pays for a car up to 30 days. Discovery then had a quote sent and approved in a matter of 3 days for the repair of my car. Proline then started with the repair of my car. Lerato from Proline sent me a status update everyday. Not once did I have to pick the phone up to find out what the status was of my car. John Fourie phoned to make sure I was okay and made sure things were getting sorted out. On the 14th of July I collected my car. Can't even see it was in a car accident. Drives like a new car. Well done to Discovery and everyone involved. Service was absolutely amazing. I have never had service like that in my life before. You guys are truly an example of what service should be.
