False recording of claims

STAY AWAY from Discovery Insure - biggest ******. They choose to record (some) windscreen replacement claims as Accident Damage against your claims history and risk profile and inflate your premiums and say it is “common cause”, admittedly so, while other insurers do not do that! That is ********* and ******** behavior.
