False promises with no remorse

I have been made fool by Discovery insure. I have been calling all the number and especailly trying to reach gentleman who sold me the policy Mr Sello Khumalo. Its been more than 2 weeks since i took the policy, no DQ track has been installed, no inspection yet. Everytime i call, service department gives me a different info but Sello keepss giving me a different info and promises. I am tired.<br> <br> i am really worried because of all these delays from Discovery i shouldnt be facing any problem. i drive the car daily and god forbid, you never know what can go wrong when. and if this something goes wrong and discovery says - you didnt have device, you didnt do inspection etc etc.. i will not accept it.<br> <br> Why do you have people like Sello who doesnt know how to deal with customers and just keep on making false promises?
