False claim

On the 7th of April 2021 I got a puncher due to a pothole , stoped and change a tire but because Discovery insur is stalking their clients, they decided to lodge a claim on my behalf and it’s still on my profile to to day (as if my car was involved in collision and I decided to withdraw they claim) . I want them to completely remove that on my claim history, I never claimed and I never withdraw a claim!!

I’m not happy at all about this !!
