False Advertising

What a terrible experience.

My wife's phone was ****** on the 5th of June. I remember this because I just had to relay all my movements and encounters of that day.

What I was wearing What my wife was wearing Where we ate What time we ate Whose car did we ride in What car What color was the car What is the number Plate What time did you leave

And then I had to provide photos of each fact. Mind you, when I added my iPhone I just had to give the imei and the phone type etc. Now I provide photos of the box. Proof of ownership. Photos of the phone. When did I buy the phone. Have I made claims like this before. Have I sold any phones recently. Do I do it often. I am currently using my broken spare key. My car key card was ****** along with the phone. That's how we realize the phone was ******, when my car keys were gone too. But I'm asked what bag was it? What color? We don't even own bags but are being questioned on my mother in laws bag. Its almost 2 weeks without a phone for my wife. A stay at home mom, who has no way of calling for help if one of the kids are sick. It's covid 3rd wave. I'm a Frontline health worker. All the photos and videos lost of memorable moments caught on camera. Our kids are our life. What a thorough disappointment. Don't even get me started on "no excess" the reason I made the swop to discovery!? My car key card has a R750 excess. False advertising. Poor service delivery. Eager to add products to insure, but when you claim, they give you hell!? I do not recommend ?
