False advertising at it's best

Today I called in becasue according to profile, my ANNUAL Multi-point check is needing to be redone. The date that it is valid until is 31 MAR 2022.

I spoke to Charles and asked why is says 31 MAR 2022 as I completed my ANNUAL multi-point check on 26 APR 2021 and therefore the renew should be that date.

He told me that is expires a month before the actual date. I asked him why this as as it says on the website: "Pass the Tiger Wheel & Tyre Annual MultiPoint check to earn 100 Vitality Drive points each month for 12 months. Your cash back percentage will also increase when you pass the Tiger Wheel & Tyre Annual MultiPoint check"

I explained that it is in fact only valid for 11 months and he said yes. When I asked him why it was this way he just said because it is. I then said that it is wrong just for him to confirm it is.

Yet another example of false advertising.

Really getting to the point of cancelling my products as they make it just so hard to make this product work for you
