False advertising and ridiculous premium
I have been a loyal customer for Discovery Insure for 7 years but I think it is time to move on. They have advertised that if you drive less than 250km/month you will be get back 25% of your premium. For the month of January I drove 120km and when I queried in Feb as to why the payment hasnt been paid via Facebook they told me it will be processed on the 15th. When I queried again they said as per their records I drove more than 250km which clearly I did not as per their DQ Track report. Furthermore they have increased my premium to R1700/month where other insurers have quoted me a R1000/month for the same vehicle. Think it is time to move on from them now.
