False advertising

I have been a member of discover insurance for over 1 year. You advertise that you will get a percentage back on petrol spent at BP. I have checked my dash board and either my maths skills are very bad or there is a VERY big problem with your communication and advertising. Qualify for 5%. Spent R1994.98. Refund R12.35 (not received).<br> <br> Stop promising what you will not honour.
