False adverti*****t

<p>Sitting at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Menlyn I notice a touch screen monitor saying "Get a car insurance quote now and get a R200 gift voucher to spend at Tiger Wheel & Tyre".</p> <p>Filled in my details and 30 sec later I was called by a call center agent - 25 min later after the sales talked I asked about the R200 - Vincent (call center agent) did not know anything about it, so he checked with the manager on duty who relayed the following, it will include with the quote that will be sent immediately.</p> <p>2 min later I received 2 quotes received – both with NO mentioned of voucher.</p> <p>Tiger Wheel & Tyre say you must accept the quote first!!!!</p> <p>Then someone behind the counter (Tiger Wheel & Tyre) tell us “you must be on vitality drive first” to receive the R200 and it is only valid for our next purchase.</p> <p>Where is the Honesty Discovery - you are blatantly deceiving potential customers.</p> <p>In fact perhaps I should cancel my insurance with you and not add the extra car I was inquiring about. If you cannot be trusted to honor your adverti*****t.</p> <p>I have attached a picture of you ****.</p>
