Falling down on the job

<p>When I changed insurance companies I was assured that I was with the best and there would be communication. Well it is nearly 2 days since somebody rear ended me and I have no idea where or what is happening with my car! There has been no communication. I was also under the impressuon that i had a car hire for 30 days, but that isnt the case and again i dont know where my car is!! Also the raos side assistance seems to think that a 45 minute wait for a single woman on the side of the road is good enough to have to wait for a taxi. I live in Jhb not a small town in the middle of nowhere! This was after a 40 minute wait while the figured out what to do with my car. Which i have mentioned nobody has told me where it is or what is going on and hoe long i wont have a car!</p>
