I cancelled my policy with discovery insure as of 31 May, they still took my debit order Of R2100 on 1 June, i have been calling them weekly to refund me, always being told i will be refunded within 48 hours! It’s almost end of the month! Still nothing! I RIDICULOUS! Might aswell move my medical aid aswell! I cancelled as due to the pandemic I have not been working and my finacé put my car on his insurance! I would have gone back as soon as I was able to work again! But now they definitely will never have me as a customer again! R2100 is no joke when you are unable to work!
