**** free carwash promotion waste of time
I am sure I am one of many disappointed Vitality drive customers that got shafted today when trying to take up the free car wash offer. I am disappointed in the false advertising but even more outraged in how rudely I was treated by BP staff and management when questioning their can't care attitude. Just sick and tired of all round poor service and lack of respect for customers who's money keep your business's going. I was very amused by your excuse of reaching your 30 car limit by 10 in the morning (must have been a record day for you and your normally lazy staff) next time you lie to a customer try to be more inventive. Just to let you know, I was planning to fill up after my car wash but your service station won't be seeing my money again, ever. Discovery / BP keep your stupid free wash and your petrol, and your pointless rewards program. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The reality is that it was not possible to assist everyone, while we appreciated the response from all our active Vitality Drive program members. For that reason we had communicated in the emails we sent out that the free car wash service would be on a first come, first served basis.
