Faith in Discovery restored

I wrote a report on HP complaining about Discovery Insure, this was due to unfortunate lack of communication.<br> However Roland took up the matter and resolved the issue very quick.<br> I would like to give a special thanks to Terence Venter from Silvex Assessments.<br> Terence managed to calm me down and explain that some processes takes time and that Discovery is in fact a very good insurer and only have our best interest at heart. <br> <br> The claim was eventually settled in full and I now feel bad for not waiting a while longer before posting my negative comment.<br> <br> Roland Herman & Terence<br> Thank you for the great service and good advice, you guys make Discovery great.<br> I will always remain a loyal customer of Discovery.<br> <br> Regards<br> Kobus
