Failure to resolve outstanding queries after 3 months

Appalling service and follow up from Discovery insure. A complaint was logged telephonically at the beginning of January 2025, subsequently online on this platform no one has resolved the matter dispute been called that it would be resolved. What is the turn around for blunders made by a discovery 3 months. I see a pattern of quick responses to people who give five stars almost in less than 2 mins a response yet we people complain one must wait 3 months shame on you discovery daylight thievery you should be appalled 😦
