Failure to Resolve Claim
My vehicle was involved in an accident on 27 April 2024. and the claim was resolved on 6 July 2024 (I accept that the delays to this point were from my side).
However on 10 February 2025, I found out that I am unable to renew the license disc on my new vehicle since the vehicle which was written off and collected by Discovery is still registered in my name. On 26 February 2025 I went to the Discovery offices to resolve the problem. The Next day Discovery collected another Natis and I suspected that they would now resolve the problem. There have been multiple emails on this matter since 10 February 2025, all of which have been ignored. This is unacceptable that I am forced to *******ly drive without a valid license disc displayed while Discovery takes 9 months to do the change of ownership. (This review deserves 1 star, but at least the claim payment in July 2024 had no issues.)

This is not acceptable, why does Discovery you not respond to emails?
Why do I need to rely on a third party review company like Hello Peter in order to get some feedback.
I provided a second natis document as requested.
Was it been received?
Has Discovery used the new document provided to do the change of ownership.
You say that a police case was opened. Who opened it? Why was it opened? What is the police case number? Who is the investigator on the case?
It is 10 months since the claim was settled, and it seems like Discovery is going out of its way to obstruct the change of ownership.
