failure to comply with simpl instructions
From the 4 January 2015, discovery has been informed as follows <br> 1. to deduct premiums of policy number 400052***x from fnb account 622*** and to deduct policy number 400051***x from nedbank account 23***. <br> 2. to date this has not been done after several requests made to them.<br> 3. due to bad service kindly assist. <br> <br> totally dissatisfied client

I have called the mobile number listed on your policy but you were not available. I did however chat to your dad and would like to confirm that i am in the process of resolving this issue.
