Fail to Communicate
I am struggling for two weeks to get this issue sorted after buying a new vehicle - I am not getting any help to escalate the process or receiving any feedback - my QC number is 382361.
I am happy with the service otherwise whereto it has his hiccups here and there but everything hopefully in good time.
I talked to Thapelo, Jolan, Angie and Sithembile, and no help was provided as yet.
I also asked Angie so that her floor managers give me a call to get this issue sorted, but haven't received anything.
I would like to remove this review but will only do so after receiving the necessary help and getting the issue sorted.
This is not the type of service Discovery is norm to - please sort this out.
