Extremrly bad customer service

Worst insurance company ever.. They called me for a quote. I gave them a starting date, but they started deducting premiums immediately.. Requested 9 times for a call back via email.. Not one response.. Eventually put a complaint in for a rebate on the unauthorised premiums that were deducted. They promised to send mevan email with the confirmation. 5 days later and still no email.. Extremely dissapointed in this company
