Extremely Unrewarding Rewards

Okay, so the active rewards for driving well are nothing massive. But maybe they could actually be what you advertise? Because they are not. You can select to have a drink from Vide as a reward. Your promotional material and site says: 'A vida e caffè voucher for any drink on their menu' So how come every time I go there, they reject my attempt to get a humble bottle of water? Or a flavoured Vitamin water? They say I am only allowed a smoothie or coffee. So then I feel like a minor ******** trying to con them. Literally, this is false advertising by you as you can't have 'any drink'. Thanks for making even a minor experience with your 'rewards programme' a frustrating, unpleasant ordeal.
