Peter Rankhathali has been absolutely amazing when I was hijacked. he was polite, calm and professional at all times throughout the claims process. Not once was I in the dark as to what was going on with my claim, he always kept me informed every step of the way. He really has gone beyond and above his scope in assisting me and the turn around time for my claim has blew off my mind. Such efficiency is commendable.

Thalaga Kgomo is also really pleasant to deal with. He has been absolutely wonderful throughout. He arranged counselling for me for the trauma. What a bunch of exceptional employee Discovery has.
