Extremely rude service 😡😡😡

I received a call from discovery car insurance and the person that was doing the quote transferred the phone his manager (Thabo) that was supposed to tell me about the car insurance cover but instead he asked me to tell him which insurance am I currently covered with then I told him and he started telling me how bad my current insurance is and that he has 20 years experience, when I asked him to stop telling me about my current insurance rather he tell me about the offer discovery has for me he decided to hang up on me 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
