Extremely poor service and lies

Extremely poor service; Ref no: ***- Agent in assistance : Mathapelo Bokaba It has been six weeks with the claim from discovery, unfortunately I'm not getting help but lies everyday. When i call asking for Mathapelo i will be told she is not around, she will call me in 15 minutes, she will never call. I will call and find her she will request info and will send it to her via email, she will never acknowledge if she has received my email and has to call her back after days for her to open her mailbox. I will be told that Manager will call me upto today. Discovery customer service is **** and disappointing.
