extremely poor service
Full sympathy with Laran. My wife's car was rear ended in February 2022 and the car was written off. In spite of repeated emails requesting payment which Discovery accepted there has been no reimbur*****t to date. Discovery are quick to take premiums but close to a year on we are still waiting for reimbur*****t. Discovery Insure! Never again!!

18 Jan 2023, 17:38The required AOL was signed and returned by email months ago dated 05.10.2022 and was picked up by your courier, I have since then sent 2 more emails requesting release of funds with no response. I look forward to a speedy conclusion
