Extremely poor service

Absolutely shocking, poor service from Discovery Insure!!

Phone calls get dropped. No replies to my emails when following up on a claim after 2 weeks, and then a really bad attitude when I do eventually speak to someone.

Time to find a new insurance provider I think!
