Extremely poor customer service and feedback.

I have had issues with my app where there are systems issues that result in me not receiving my points and benefits. Despite my numerous attempts at logging the issue with their help centre, numerous emails with submitted evidence and follow-up calls, with promises of "escalation" and that "someone will phone you back", no-one contacts me back and my issues are still not resolved after several months of trying.
