Extremely poor communication from Claims Team

Extremely disappointed by the way I have been treated by the claims team, I have since lodged a claim 2 weeks ago but I NEVER receive feedback unless I call the call center. Last time I called I was told that they are awaiting some documents from Me, but I NEVER received any communication since the night of the hijacking, Instead I’m the one who always has to do all the follow ups. Really poor support received from Discovery Insure since my traumatic hijacking experience. Please pull up your socks
