EXTREMELY POOR CLAIMS SERVICE

<p>Worst claims service I have ever experienced, need to keep on phoning and follow up to find out where and what the claim status is, keep on promising to phone me back but no result, can't think a claim on specified portable equipment that was ****** with a house breaking can take so long to sort out, since they don't hesitate to increase your premiums and take the monthly installments without any effort.</p> <p>Seriously considering to find another short term insurer.</p> <p>Poorest service ever.</p> <p>Will not recommend anyone to give Discovery Insure a call, just hope the life insurance department are not so terrible.</p>
