EXTREMELY HELPFUL, RELIABLE CALL CENTRE AGENT

I called in to the Insure call centre at Discovery because I needed help to do follow ups for all my new business clients. Ntando was very helpful, she was patient with me on the phone as I had a lot of queries. She asked if it would be okay that I send her my spreadsheet with all my policies, so that she could follow up for me and send it to me as soon as possible - so that I didnt have to stay on the phone and waste time waiting to give her each individual policy number. I found her to be extremely polite, even when the system was a little slow. She is wonderful to speak to. Thank you Ntando for helping me use my time more effectively.
