Extremely Happy Customer
Two years ago I was involved in a terrible accident where my vehicle was written off. Discovery not only sent assistance in record time, they also processed the claim within 2 weeks. At the time, I had only been insured with them for a few short months.
My current vehicle broke down this morning, I contacted Discovery Insure through their emergency line to assist with a tow and the (amazing) agent arranged a flatbed which arrived at my door within 30minutes.
The agents and customer service staff at discovery are wonderful; they’re polite, positive and helpful. It really makes an enormous difference interfacing with people who are professional and positive.
