Having a vehicle written off is never a good experience and one i would have never like to have. However, Discovery insure has assisted throughout the way in such a way that i never felt i did not know what was going on. I am extremely happy with the service received from Kelebogile Dube. She has been pleasant throughout the claims process. Never did i have to chase after for feedback as I was always updated frequently . I am impressed with this level of service and am glad i am under Discovery. PS: Please lower my premiums for next vehicle :)
