Extremely Disgusting Service

On the 20th of Jan I contacted Discovery Insure to cancel my policy, The lady I spoke to mentioned that the retentions department will call me back within 3 days, 3 days later and I still didn't receive a call back from them.<br> I again contacted Discovery and they then told me that the turnaround time for the retentions department is 3 - 5 days...8 days later and still nothing from them...called them again after 8 working days on the 30th of Jan and demanded to speak to someone in the retentions department.<br> I was then told that the person working on my policy is busy at the moment and will call me back however I still haven't received any callback from them.<br> Initially when I called Discovery I was extremely unsure whether or not I should actually cancel my policy with them, Thank you Discovery for making my decision so much easier.
