Extremely disappointing service from Discovery Insure!
Worst service from claims generalist Masechaba Mohale. My vehicle is in for repairs and my policy allows a 30 day car rental. I have been trying since the 6 January 2021 to find out what the procedure is to get my car rental. It is the 15 January 2021 and I am still waiting. Several emails remain unanswered and the number constantly says user busy.
