🚨 Extremely Disappointed with Discovery Insure! 🚨

I am appalled by the handling of my claim after an accident caused entirely by your client. Despite their clear negligence, Discovery insists on assigning me 30% liability—an unfair and baseless decision. The accident happened in a split second, and avoiding it was impossible. To make matters worse, Discovery is offering a laughable R12,668.89 for a vehicle that cost me R169,000, despite damages exceeding R300,000! On top of this, I have faced months of ignored emails and calls, only getting a response when I mentioned escalation and legal action. I demand a fair reassessment and a proper breakdown of your calculations. If unresolved, I will escalate this to the Ombudsman.
