Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Discovery Insure at All Costs

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Discovery Insure. My vehicle was insured for **R108,000**, and after it was **written off**, they made **excuse after excuse** to avoid paying the full insured amount. In the end, they only paid me **R78,000** – a shocking R30,000 short of what I was insured for!

To make matters worse, the **claims process dragged on for over a month**, during which time I had **no vehicle** and **no support** from Discovery. I was **forced to accept the low payout** just to be able to get to work – completely cornered by their lack of assistance and concern.

Their **customer service is abysmal**, and it’s clear they do everything possible to **avoid honoring their commitments**. This experience has left me out of pocket and deeply frustrated. If you're thinking of using Discovery Insure – **don’t. You will regret .
