Extremely bad service...Claim number ***

It is really disheartening to think that I pay such a high premium for great service, but instead i'm not getting any service at all. My vehicle was involved in an accident on 31 January 2017. It is now 6 March and I'm still "fighting" with Discovery. First the claim was delayed because Nombali, the consultant didn't book the assessment when she had to. She also never calls to give updates. If I wanted progress on the claim, I had to call. I asked to speak to the team-leader before, but he/she was never available, always in meetings. Then, I accidentally sent them an incorrect settlement letter on 20 Feb. After realizing my mistake, i got the correct one and sent it to Nombali on 22 Feb, asking her to use the amended one instead. I heard nothing from her and on 24 Feb I received the Agreement of Loss(AoL) letter, with the old/incorrect figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Discovery to bring it under attention and asked them to resend the AoL with the correct information. Nhlanhla promised that he would. I waited for a whole week, giving them chance to resend the correct AoL. When I didn't hear anything by Friday 2 March, I called Discovery again, only to be told by Lerato there is a systems error. the figures changes on their side, but when she sends the AoL to me, it still has the incorrect figure on. She would have to do the AoL manually and will send it to me on that same day. I waited and received nothing. Monday morning 6 March at 10am I called and spoke to Lindile. Nombali is not in so her team leader Minogue will call me directly immediately after i hang up, to redo the AoL over the phone. I waited until 13:00 and when i didn't hear anything i called again. Minogue is not at her desk. I called her direct number at 15:00 and was directed to the call centre. I got through to Thobile and she told me that Minogue couldnt take the call, because she doesn't have a voice due to flu. I'm informed by Thobile that the settlement letter that I sent on 22 Feb is now outdated (it expired on 1 March). I have to request a new one from Wesbank. I think this is really pathetic and I don't think I should be inconvenienced any further due to their slip-up. I feel they should just back-date the Agreement of Loss letter witht he correct details that I sent to them well before it expired on 1 March. I need better service than this, because I'm paying for it. And I need to buy another vehicle asap.
