Extremely Appalling Service from Discovery Insurance.

On the 6th of December I had a burglary at my house, upon finding out after getting a call from security I immediately contacted Discovery and they told me what to do and I quickly compiled all the required information and sent it through in two days. They only sent their Assessor on the 16th claiming they couldnt get hold of me, this was after many follow-up calls to them with no avail. Today is the 18th and I followed up again only to be told the Assessor hasnt filed the report with inventory list. I'm sitting without all my stuff that was ****** from the house and insurance couldnt give a damn. A very pathetic service from the so called elite SA insurance. Dont count on them for efficiency or anything. They only want your money. Stay away as far as possible.
