EXTREAMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH DISCOVERY INSURE!

I'm very disappointed with Discovery insurance, I have requested for a courtesy car insurance, it's almost three days now waiting, and they now keep on delaying my claims whereas I'm paying for this option on my premium. now I need a car as to help me since my car has been taken to the assessment center after the accident and I am stuck, and I don't have a backup vehicle to use it for work and other basic needs. I took this option for time of need like this but now they are telling me about their system errors which seems to be a problem to request a courtesy car for me. when you call them, you hold for long on the phone calls trying to reach them and when you find them, they promise to call you back for your query feedback but never happened on time as they promised.
