<p>Yesterday I wanted to amend items on my policy and Given Reichenberger was very helpful with everything i need. He even gave me a refund that i was not expecting. Today i spoke to Mbongeni regarding my policy schedule sent by Given. He was very very helpful, he even explained the benefits that i was not aware of them in the policy.
