Extra mile

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would like to compliment Mlondi Masinga, was able to go extra mile on my queries and I was on the phone about an hour trying to resolve the other people/ or colleagues errors. Our clients policy are going for annual reviewed and the pricing was requested but when the new premium issued the consultant still sent the incorrect premium, I was so disappointed when I was ready to send to the clients and only realised it an incorrect information. Then I called and spoke to Mlondi he was very efficient and went extra mile to rectify all the policy schedule.<br> <br> I am glad as I can continue with my work and be able to update my clients on time. <br> <br> Everytime I speak to Mlondi I know he will never disappoint, he knows his product and what I like more his good customer service. <br> <br> Hope everybody at the call centre can learn one or two things from him.
