Extra Damages and car stripped while in possession with Discovery insure.

Damaged my Car in December 2019, Had the car removed from my property and accessed. Discovery and I had a agreement that I would pay R10 000.00 towards the damages on my car, for the reason not to right it off. Only the right door had to be replaced and front right fender fixed by panel beater. Minor scratches on Left door. They said I must have a lovely holiday and worry about repairs as soon as I return. After my holiday, I went searching for my car, as Even Discovery did not know where it was. After driving around I was told it is in Centurion and the car would be returned to me, and arrangement for repairs will be made. My car was returned stripped, in a very bad condition, not starting at all, damaged inside and outside, and not working at all. Now with all the damages, they want to right the car off. After the damages that occurred in their possession. A car that I spend over R40 000.00 to keep it in good working and prestige order in the last year. (New Tyre's, New Electric window winders, New Battery, New Alternator, Complete new roof lining, Full service history, Tiger Wheel multi point checks done in November 2019 and approval as in good condition. Car was a jewel, and or family pride. I even saved Discovery money in not taking the courtesy, rental car as part of my insurance benefit I pay for. Funny that the car got lost, and discovery did not know where it was, my Tracking devices and battery was disconnected shortly after they removed my vehicle. Car was returned smelling like someone have set it alight and nothing working. Even the AA tried starting the car on returning it, and had to abandon this, due to smoke coming from the dash and it not working at all. All this after I have pulled it out of my Garage on the day the AA have send a truck, and onto the flat bed, without any issues, due to the truck not being able to get to the car, as the garages are behind the house and a challenge. Apart from the damages the car was in perfect condition, and we as a family would use it to go on holiday. Correspondence suggested, according to the AA Lawyers, Personal lawyers, Ombudsman and more to discovery, has led to nothing yet, only a promise that this is being looked into. I Cannot escalate this as no one returns my calls from management. Another one for Carte Blanche, the way things are going. Opening a case of theft, Malicious Damage to property. Car was re-assessed and everything noted and recorded. I had a Diamond and was returned a lemon. Very sad and unacceptable. I have all correspondence, some recordings and more. How wrong is this. Watch out it can happen to you.
