Extra Charges for Discovery mess up again.

I app**** for Discovery Insurance in April this year. Filled out the application with Douglas at Discovery and was supposed to receive follow up coms to complete deal. Deal was for R450 at the time. I app**** a few times since April via the discovery website but never got a call. I app**** now via discovery app and received a call from Adrian. He informed me that my application isn't completed and that Douglas doesn't work there anymore.<br> 1- Discovery never followed up on a open request after their employee left .<br> 2- My original quote was for R450 and Adrian informed me this is because in the past 3 years i had 2 accidents. When Douglas called me he only asked for the last year. Did discovery now charge me extra for their policy change which took place during a time when they dropped the ball on me?<br> My quote has now gone from R450 to R610. <br> <br> I'm only logging this one because this is the latest of the issues i have had with Discovery but so far trying to get all my accounts onto my discovery has taken me months with no positive outcome and very little feeling of trust.
