Experience with Discovery Insure Contact Center
Recently contacted the Discovery Insure call center and I was greatly assisted byKastello Govender, from Retention Department. He was very thorough and explained everything to me without being dismissive. I was ready to drop Discovery Insure but with kastello's great assistance, I'm still with them👌👌
