Exemplary Service from Discovery Insure through assessor - Mr Luke Dwarika

After having been through several Insurers over the years, I can now unequivocally identify Discovery Insure as the best Motor Vehicle Insurance Company. After logging an online accident claim on 15/05/2018, I was referred to a Discovery Assessor - Mr Luke Dwarika who was based at Durban Panel Beaters. I had met an accident the previous day when I knocked into a wooden pallet which had fallen of a truck. The front bumper of my Mazda2 (only 09 months old) was smashed in, the splashed trays underneath were crushed, the grille was damaged and the inner panel was bent from the impact. Luke provided me with a high quality and professional service in firstly comforting me and reassuring me that everything was going to be alright, secondly in performing a professional assessment of the damage and explaining in detail the extent of the repair required, thirdly by providing a speedy quote which included a wheel alignment together with the cost of the panels and labour, fourthly by co-ordinating the repairs and keeping me updated on progress via email and telephonically, and lastly by notifying me that the vehicle was ready for collection on the 25th of May 2018 and performing a final quality control inspection of the work done in my presence before handing over the vehicle to me. In my 15 years of driving and vehicle ownership, I've been through a few fender benders. The quality of service and level of professionalism received from Discovery Insure via Mr Luke Dwarika was exemplary. Thanks a million to Luke and Discovery.
